July 6, 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at about 9:00PM. Very bright strange light in the sky for several hours. At one point had blue lightning bolts coming out of it all directions when it first appeared. It was 1000x brighter than any star that night. It appearred to be moving slightly from side to side. I didn't have a tripod for my camera. It was hard to hold it still on maximum zoom.
